Changemaker ($75,000+)

• 2 years of benefits (one-time payment in year 1)
• Individual Industry Membership for three (3) staff members
• Logo on Industry Partner webpage (coming in January 2024)
• Company logo and link in monthly e-newsletter, distributed to over 2,000 key cancer control partners
• Opportunity to provide one unbranded subject-matter expert presentation to a workgroup each year, with prior approval from Consortium staff
• Opportunity to write one unbranded informational blog post each year, in partnership with Consortium staff
